Avocado Valley was once a farm stand in Lebanon selling organic fruits and avocados. Grown on a hillside next to the Mediterranean Sea, by a Lebanese American family that lived to eat delicious and healthful foods, adding avocado to every dish.
Now popping up at Baum Avenue Market, Avocado Valley serves clean plant based Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes historically rich in flavor and nutrition. Freshly made flat bread, vegetables, herbs, olive oil & lemon, are found at every Mediterranean table and are the foundation of the menu.
The dishes are designed to be eaten in a communal environment, where people can come together to share a simple life pleasure.
